Welcome to Origins Studio!  I am a custom children’s photographer specializing in fine art children’s portraiture!  I use natural light to capture newborn, maternity, children and family portraits in Calgary, Alberta.

It is possible to hold a family session with your children any time of year!  I typically book sessions 2-3 months out and only book a limited number of sessions each month so please contact me as soon as possible to book your session.

My Style is natural, beautiful custom portraiture of your children and family.  My goal is to deliver you images that are timeless and artistic. There are a couple of approaches to children’s photography. We can have a child and family session that focuses on the connections in your family and capturing your child as you see them every day. I also love to do Childhood magic sessions! This is a fun session that focuses on the joy and wonder or you child or children. We can create a wonderful story or theme for your special personalized session. We could go fishing along the river, have a ballon celebration, a fun flower set, a pillow fight, pyjama party, or just play dress up with our favourite princess dress or superhero costume! The list can go on and on! I love trying new ideas and helping discover what brings out the magic in your child. It is all about fun, magic, and wonder!
