Here is something very different for me. These were some of the most fun photos I have ever done with my kids. I love their expression, how they are highlighted on the white background, and the memories we made while making these images. They couldn’t wait for their turn. This is any photographer’s dream, to have the children fighting over who gets to go next and once their turn was over they lined up to go again. I love these photos because they were very different for me. So simple. All we needed for the background what a white sheet set, an air mattress – to set up in the best light in the house – and some super excited kids. I love that even though the set up is the same for all the images, that each of their personalities is highlighted. I can see how goofy Oliver is and Henry’s amazing smile and how big Eli is getting and I can almost here Lucy’s crazy laugh and of course the shot of all of them together, the most elusive of images for us moms of four. I love that these images were so much fun. I love the laughter that you can almost here. I love the image of all four of them and that they all look so happy. You can see that they genuinely like each other and they like being together. I love these images so much that I think they deserve a special place in my home. Printed and hung on the wall. I will keep you posted with where I decide to hang them.
