I look at every session as a collection of captured moments. Sometimes moments are fleeting and last only an instant and it is my job to make the photo before it is gone. These moments are so special to photograph and I feel truly special when I am allowed to be a part of them. One thing that I have worked really hard to get good at is seeing a moment before it happens so I can anticipate and capture your favourite images. Sometimes a moment lasts for a little while. Sometimes, it goes on and on and that makes me so happy. Sometimes I can’t choose my favourite image from the moment.  This session was full of fun moments, some an instant some a little longer. I cannot believe how much we laughed. This was one of those moments that went on and on. These two had me in stitches. It felt like they could giggle with each other forever. You could tell that they are great friends and that they indeed had secrets. That they really love each other. These are the moments that, as parents, we want to remember. The times when they laughed so hard they couldn’t stop. It is a real treat when families return to me time and time again. I have photographed this family for 2 maternity sessions, 2 newborn sessions and several family sessions. When you see a family that many times, you really get to know them and care for them. They truly are friends. I can’t wait to share the rest of their session and all the laughs.
