Photographing newborns and families is what I was meant to do. Other than being with my family, there is nothing else I would rather be doing. I love the beauty and glow of an expectant mother, the peace and purity of a tiny newborn baby, the honesty and joy of children and the love and connection that families share.
With four children of my own I understand how important it is to capture every stage. They are only tiny newborns for a couple short weeks. They are only crazy about dinosaurs or princesses or in our case doors for a short while. Having four children means I also understand what it means to be a mom. I do everything I can to to make the session as easy as possible for everyone. One word used to describe me by clients at sessions is patient. I only book one session a day which gives us as much time as we need to get amazing images of your family. Whether we are helping a newborn settle into their first photo session, or waiting for a toddler to warm up to me or for older children to run off some energy when we get outside, I will never rush the session.
I take my profession very seriously. I do everything I can to provide you with the most beautiful images possible. I spend countless hours every year trying to better my art. From online workshops and critiques to conferences with some of the best photographers in the industry I am constantly striving to improve.
